    The Millennium Group partners with Williams Mullen Law Firm to develop and offer the VER which meets monthly on the second Thursday of the month (except in July and August) to address issues presented from both the legal and human resources perspectives.     The mission of the Virginia Employers Roundtable (VER) is to provide employers with an opportunity to come together to discuss and share their workplace best practices. 

    About the VER

    The Virginia Employers Roundtable (VER) is a employer discussion group comprised of Northern Virginia business, government, non profit and commercial organizations.  The issues presented are a diverse mix of current and emerging topics that challenge business leaders.  The VER meets the second Thursday of each month (excluding July and August).  There is a $100 fee per organization per year.

    Every organization has some compliance requirements at all levels.  In addition to federal and agency regulations, companies are increasingly required to operate to exacting standards for ISO, Baldridge or other quality management programs.  Whether internally or externally mandated, the delivery and reporting requirements are the similar.   Delivering and tracking these knowledge transfer requirements can be a challenge.  The Virginia Employers Roundtable is tackling this difficult topic on October 9 at the offices of Williams Mullen in Tyson’s corner.
