Process
TMG partnered with the NIH/National Institute for Allergies &
Infectious Diseases to deliver a strategic roadmap for NAID
workforce training and development.  The roadmap created an
action plan of deliverables and was utilized to facilitate the
clarification of goals and objectives.  Strategic roadmap led to the
creation of a new employee orientation program, a mentoring
program, and a supervisor/manager development program.

Program
TMG partnered with the NIH/National Institute for Allergies &
Infectious Diseases to develop and deliver a comprehensive
mentoring program for high potential employees.  Program
components included program management, facilitating a new
initiatives development team, defining participation time
requirements, facilitating the mentoring program – protégé
matching process, planning for supervisory involvement and
conducting mentor outreach efforts.

Program
TMG partnered with the NIH/National Institute for Allergies &
Infectious Diseases to design and develop a 12 month long new
employee onboarding program for individual contributors and
those hired into supervisory positions.  Program included
organizational orientations, career planning/personal development
components, periodic check-ins and processes for managing the
program.

TMG partnered with the NIH/Clinical Center to assist with
identifying the desired and required competencies for non-clinical
staff.  Competencies developed were used in the hiring,
professional development, performance management, and other
organizationally applicable HR processes.  TMG provided advice
to updating job descriptions with required competencies.

Planning and
Facilitation
Partnered with the Office of Management and Operations (OMO),
which hosted an All-Hands retreat for 400 people on October 24,
2007. Tasks included planning, providing the keynote speaker
and facilitators for concurrent sessions and onsite coordination at
the retreat site.   TMG assisted NIAD with developing the retreat
theme around implementing these priorities/initiatives of the
organization.

develop leadership talent through coaching and mentoring. TMG

profiles of the project, project schedule, technology choices,
broadband services proposed and variances from
acceptable or standard measurements.
