Following is a list of the consistent categories within which organizations assess resources and, often,
require external assistance
- Launch Planning and Execution i.e. assistance for leader with planning and facilitating the
communication of new organization and expectations to leadership team in an off-site
atmosphere; additional assistance for leadership team members in consistently cascading the
reorganization and communicating expectations to their reports in regard to translating the
information to that organizational level
- Leadership Team Facilitation for at least a six month timeframe after the launch to
develop/solidify the “new” team; to assist the team in identifying, prioritizing and focusing on
the critical strategies/tasks that must be addressed to meet growth goals on the Leadership
Team level; to guide the team through the process of becoming a powerful, focused, productive
leadership team through working together to implement growth goals
- Consultation in regard to staffing and staff changes i.e. status changes, reductions, buy-outs,
terminations, succession management, etc.
- Technical human resources services that are often required such as compensation studies,
identifying and crafting new/different policies, revising performance management systems, etc.
- Coaching for critical organizational representatives/leaders who

- Who have been identified as key players in the organization and who may benefit from
development as they strive to “step up” to the “new” expectations

- Implementation Team Facilitation to model the new framework and to move the implementation
forward through managers and employees. If internal resources are available, train internal
facilitators for the implementation teams.
- Change management and organization development consultation, training, and assistance;
- Deliver identified developmental strategies such as training, team development,
management/leadership development, etc.
